Inspired by the resilience we witnessed after Hurricane Helene, our mission is to provide honest, reliable home inspections that help homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Meet the Team

Inspector

Will Lombardi

Will Lombardi is a St. Petersburg resident who moved to the area from Massachusetts and immediately fell in love with the Gulf Coast lifestyle and strong sense of community. He quickly knew this was where he wanted to build his life and call home permanently.

Will spent most of his career working in the solar industry, where his focus was always centered around helping homeowners and building trust with the people he worked with. His transition into home inspections came naturally after seeing firsthand the importance of helping people better understand the homes they are buying.

Today, Will brings that same people first mindset into every inspection, helping buyers and homeowners feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Outside of work, Will enjoys golfing, pickleball, basketball, and spending time at Fort De Soto during his free time.

Inspector

Kyle Wallack

Kyle Wallack is a Belleair Beach resident who fell in love with the area the moment he moved here from New York City. With a background in carpentry and construction, Kyle originally planned to pursue his General Contractor's license. However, after experiencing Hurricane Helene firsthand, he realized he wanted to transition into home inspections and help protect the community he now calls home.

Today, Kyle combines his construction knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for the Gulf Coast lifestyle to help homeowners, buyers, and sellers make confident decisions about their properties.

Outside of inspections, he enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time on the water, and believing the New York Yankees can win the World Series every year.
